India’s healing traditions, arranged around you
Ayurveda, yoga, homeopathy and India’s other traditional systems — with a personal concierge who finds the right centre, plans your stay and stays with you from your first call to your return home.
Six systems, thousands of years
India recognises these traditional systems under its Ministry of AYUSH. Each has its own philosophy, practitioners and centres.
Ayurveda
India’s classical system of balance between body, mind and routine — therapies, diet and herbal preparations set by a physician.

Days at a centre follow the sun: early mornings, therapies before lunch, a long rest, and an early night. Scroll to follow the day.
A day at a centre
- Wake with the light; warm water or herbal tea
- Yoga, breathing or a quiet walk
- Breakfast, cooked for your programme
- Check-in with your practitioner
- Therapies of the day
- Lunch, the main meal
- Rest
- Gentle practice, a cooking class or a walk

- Early night
An illustration only. Each centre and practitioner sets their own timetable.
Take one minute to breathe
Many teachers start with a simple “box” breath: in for four, hold for four, out for four, hold for four. Follow the circle for four rounds.
Breathe gently and never strain. Stop if you feel dizzy or light-headed.
Destinations of healing
Each region carries its own tradition. Your concierge shortlists vetted centres in the one that suits you.
Planned for where you come from
Language, food, prayer, season and flights all shape a good stay. These guides plan around them.
When to go
Pick a month to see where the season is at its best. The monsoon, often avoided by travellers, is a traditional season for Ayurveda in Kerala.

Calm, careful, honest
Registered with the relevant Indian council for their system.
We prefer centres with NABH AYUSH accreditation.
Wellness programmes do not replace medical treatment. Keep your own doctor informed.
We describe programmes, never guaranteed outcomes.
What is Massvaa Care Wellness?
Our wellness service arranges stays in India’s traditional health systems — Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Unani, Siddha and Sowa-Rigpa — at vetted centres, with a personal concierge.
Can I combine wellness with my treatment?
Yes, as a recovery stay after your treatment, and only once your treating doctor has given written clearance. Wellness programmes never replace medical treatment.
Are the practitioners qualified?
We work with centres whose practitioners are registered with the relevant Indian council for their system, and we prefer NABH-accredited AYUSH centres.
Which visa do I need for a wellness stay?
India offers a dedicated AYUSH visa for treatment in traditional systems. Your concierge confirms the right category for your plan and passport.
How far in advance should I plan?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable: time for a consultation, the visa and flights. For Kerala in December and January, or the monsoon season, allow longer.
Can wellness replace my medical treatment?
No. Wellness programmes are complementary and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a medical doctor. Keep your own doctor informed and never stop a prescribed medicine without their advice.
How much does a wellness stay cost?
Prices depend on the centre, the room, the programme and the length of stay, and are confirmed by the centre in writing before you book. We do not publish prices that centres have not confirmed.
Does Massvaa Care charge for its wellness service?
Yes. Massvaa Care charges a service fee for concierge coordination, which your concierge explains in writing before you proceed. The centre’s programme is priced separately.
