Why Goa

Goa suits guests who want their practice with a sea view and a slower pace. Retreats run mostly in the dry season, from November to March, with yoga shalas in the northern villages and quieter, often more comfortable retreats in the south. Many offer Ayurvedic therapies alongside yoga.

When to go

November to March is dry and warm. April and May are hot and humid. The monsoon, from June to September, is heavy, and many beach retreats close for it.
