Looking after the carer
Attendants spend long days in hospital corridors, often far from home and in an unfamiliar language. Short, practical breaks help: an hour of yoga, a massage, a consultation, or a quiet meal away from the ward.
Your coordinator arranges these close to the hospital and around visiting hours, so you are never far away. Once the patient is discharged and cleared, the family can move together to a recovery stay.
What we can arrange
Yoga classes, Abhyanga and consultations within a short drive.
Around visiting hours and ward rounds.
A single restful day while the patient is in good hands.
A shared stay for the whole family, once the doctor agrees.

Questions guests ask
Can I leave the hospital for a session?
Yes, whenever the ward allows. We plan sessions close by and at quiet times of day.
Is there a cost?
Sessions are priced by the centre, and our service fee is explained before you proceed. Everything is confirmed in writing first.
