Please read our policies carefully before using our medical tourism facilitation services.
- We coordinate your medical travel; we are not a hospital and do not give medical advice.
- You pay the hospital directly for treatment. Our service fee is agreed in writing before you proceed.
- We share your reports only with the hospitals you ask us to approach.
- Hospitals, airlines and other providers are responsible for their own services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Massvaa Care website and using our medical facilitation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These services are provided by Massvaa Care, a partnership firm registered for GST in Delhi, India (GSTIN 07ACFFM1251Q1ZX), with its office at 31 Savita Vihar, Delhi 110092.
2. Medical Advice Disclaimer
Massvaa Care is a medical tourism facilitator, not a healthcare provider. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All treatment plans, medical opinions, and cost estimates are provided directly by our partner hospitals and certified doctors based on the reports you share. We strongly recommend consulting with your local physician before traveling abroad for treatment.
3. Data Consent and Patient Privacy
By submitting your medical reports, test results and personal information through our website forms, by email or on WhatsApp, you consent to Massvaa Care sharing these documents with the partner hospitals and specialists you ask us to approach, for the sole purpose of obtaining a medical opinion and a cost estimate. We handle your data as described in our Data & Medical Records Privacy policy, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Cost Estimates and Payments
The cost estimates we pass on are prepared by the hospital after an initial review of your medical reports. The final cost may change after the doctor examines you on arrival. Payments for medical treatment are always made directly to the hospital; Massvaa Care never collects them.
The price ranges shown in the online cost estimator, on treatment pages and in cost guides are indicative ranges based on published Indian hospital and medical-travel price lists, to help you plan a budget. They are not a quote or an offer: the hospital’s written estimate, issued after it reviews your reports, is the figure to rely on.
5. Our Service Fee
Massvaa Care charges a service fee for its coordination. Before you proceed, we tell you in writing what the fee covers, how much it is, when it is due and what happens if you cancel. We issue a GST invoice for it. The fee is separate from the hospital’s bill and is never added to it.
6. Travel and Visa Logistics
While we assist with Medical Visa Invitation Letters and travel coordination, the issuance of visas is at the sole discretion of the respective embassies/consulates. Massvaa Care is not liable for visa rejections or travel delays.
7. Hospitals and Other Providers
Hospitals, doctors, airlines, guest houses, visa authorities and air-ambulance operators are independent of Massvaa Care. Their services, prices and terms are their own, and they are responsible for them. If something goes wrong with one of them, we will help you raise it with them.
8. Limitation of Liability
Massvaa Care is responsible for the coordination services it provides. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about those services is limited to the service fee you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, tell your coordinator first, then follow the steps in our Complications & Escalation policy. You can also write to info@massvaacare.com with the subject “Complaint”.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Modifications
Massvaa Care may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you proceed with our service applies to it.
