- We coordinate your medical travel; we are not a hospital and do not give medical advice.
- You pay the hospital directly for treatment. Our service fee is agreed in writing before you proceed.
- We share your reports only with the hospitals you ask us to approach.
- Hospitals, airlines and other providers are responsible for their own services.
1. Принятие условий
Заходя на сайт Massvaa Care и пользуясь нашими услугами по организации лечения, вы соглашаетесь соблюдать изложенные ниже условия и принимаете их как обязательные для себя. Если вы не согласны с какой-либо частью этих условий, пожалуйста, не пользуйтесь нашими услугами.
Эти услуги предоставляет Massvaa Care — партнёрская фирма, зарегистрированная в качестве плательщика GST в Дели, Индия (GSTIN 07ACFFM1251Q1ZX), с офисом по адресу: 31 Savita Vihar, Delhi 110092.
2. Оговорка об отсутствии медицинских консультаций
Massvaa Care — организатор медицинского туризма, а не медицинская организация. Мы не даём медицинских консультаций, не ставим диагнозы и не проводим лечение. Все планы лечения, медицинские заключения и сметы расходов предоставляют непосредственно наши больницы-партнёры и сертифицированные врачи на основе документов, которые вы передаёте. Мы настоятельно рекомендуем проконсультироваться со своим врачом по месту жительства, прежде чем ехать на лечение за рубеж.
3. Согласие на передачу данных и конфиденциальность пациента
By submitting your medical reports, test results and personal information through our website forms, by email or on WhatsApp, you consent to Massvaa Care sharing these documents with the partner hospitals and specialists you ask us to approach, for the sole purpose of obtaining a medical opinion and a cost estimate. We handle your data as described in our Data & Medical Records Privacy policy, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Сметы расходов и оплата
The cost estimates we pass on are prepared by the hospital after an initial review of your medical reports. The final cost may change after the doctor examines you on arrival. Payments for medical treatment are always made directly to the hospital; Massvaa Care never collects them.

5. Our Service Fee
Massvaa Care charges a service fee for its coordination. Before you proceed, we tell you in writing what the fee covers, how much it is, when it is due and what happens if you cancel. We issue a GST invoice for it. The fee is separate from the hospital’s bill and is never added to it.
6. Travel and Visa Logistics
Мы помогаем с приглашениями на медицинскую визу и организацией поездки, однако решение о выдаче визы остаётся исключительно на усмотрение соответствующих посольств/консульств. Massvaa Care не несёт ответственности за отказы в визе или задержки поездки.
7. Hospitals and Other Providers
Hospitals, doctors, airlines, guest houses, visa authorities and air-ambulance operators are independent of Massvaa Care. Their services, prices and terms are their own, and they are responsible for them. If something goes wrong with one of them, we will help you raise it with them.
8. Limitation of Liability
Massvaa Care is responsible for the coordination services it provides. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about those services is limited to the service fee you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, tell your coordinator first, then follow the steps in our Complications & Escalation policy. You can also write to info@massvaacare.com with the subject “Complaint”.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Modifications
Massvaa Care may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you proceed with our service applies to it.
