Прямая оплата больнице
В Massvaa Care действует строгая политика прямой оплаты. Вы не платите нам за лечение. Все платежи за диагностику, операции, пребывание в палате, лекарства и импланты вносятся напрямую в кассу или на банковский счёт лечащей больницы.
The hospital
Bills your treatment, rooms, medicines and implants directly and issues its own receipts. Deposits and refunds are between you and the hospital.
Massvaa Care
Charges a service fee for coordination only. What it covers, when it is due and what happens if you cancel are set out in writing before you proceed, and we issue a GST invoice for it.
Others you may pay
Airlines, guest houses, the visa portal and, if needed, an air-ambulance operator are paid directly by you. We do not collect these payments.
Принимаемые способы оплаты
Больницы-партнёры принимают следующие способы оплаты:
Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
Direct transfer to the hospital’s corporate account. Recommended for pre-travel deposits.
Credit/Debit Cards
Major international cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted. Foreign transaction fees and daily limits may apply depending on your home bank.
Cash
Major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) can be changed at authorised exchange counters, subject to Indian foreign-exchange rules and passport verification.
Сроки банковских переводов
Международные банковские переводы (SWIFT) обычно занимают от 3 до 5 рабочих дней до зачисления на индийский счёт больницы. Если вы планируете оплату банковским переводом:
Инициируйте перевод минимум за 7–10 дней до даты поездки.
Запросите в банке копию SWIFT-подтверждения.
Передайте копию SWIFT своему координатору Massvaa Care, чтобы мы подтвердили зачисление с финансовым отделом больницы до госпитализации.
Оформление возврата
Если вы внесли депозит до госпитализации, а фактическая стоимость лечения оказалась ниже, либо лечение было отменено или изменено по результатам обследования:
Hospital Refund Policy
Refunds are processed solely by the treating hospital according to its internal billing guidelines. Massvaa Care cannot issue refunds on behalf of the hospital.
Refund Timeline
Hospital refunds for international bank transfers or card payments typically take 15 to 30 business days to credit back to the original account.
Facilitator Coordination
Our coordinators help you fill in the hospital’s refund forms and track the approval with its finance department before you leave.
Our own service fee is refunded, if at all, only as set out in the written terms you receive before you proceed. Ask your coordinator if anything is unclear.
