Cardiac Care Facilitation (Kenya)
Diagnostic reports are submitted securely. Our medical liaison team presents reports to hospital cardiology specialists for clinical evaluation and an itemized cost estimate.
Upon patient confirmation, the treating hospital generates an official Visa Invitation Letter (VIL). The coordinator assists with e-Medical Visa processing and verified accommodation options.
The patient is received at the airport and assisted with local registration and hospital consultations. The procedure and clinical management are conducted by the hospital clinical team.
Following post-op monitoring and hospital discharge clearance with a Fit-to-Fly certificate, departure assistance is provided, with teleconsultations scheduled as recommended.
Orthopedic Care Facilitation (Uzbekistan)
Orthopedic imaging reports are coordinated with partner hospital joint replacement units to provide a preliminary written estimate covering surgery, implant options, and stay duration.
A Russian-speaking language interpreter assists the patient and accompanying family members during preliminary consultations, admission discussions, and discharge summaries.
Surgical procedures and rehabilitation are carried out at the accredited hospital facility. All medical billing is paid directly to the hospital admission desk.
The coordinator assists with airport transfer logistics upon obtaining hospital fit-to-fly clearance, and arranges virtual follow-up sessions with the treating orthopedic team.
