- We coordinate your medical travel; we are not a hospital and do not give medical advice.
- You pay the hospital directly for treatment. Our service fee is agreed in writing before you proceed.
- We share your reports only with the hospitals you ask us to approach.
- Hospitals, airlines and other providers are responsible for their own services.
1. Acceptation des conditions
En accédant au site de Massvaa Care et en utilisant nos services d’accompagnement médical, vous acceptez de respecter les présentes conditions générales et d’être lié par celles-ci. Si vous êtes en désaccord avec l’une quelconque de ces conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser nos services.
Ces services sont fournis par Massvaa Care, société de personnes (partnership firm) immatriculée à la GST à Delhi, en Inde (GSTIN 07ACFFM1251Q1ZX), dont le bureau se situe au 31 Savita Vihar, Delhi 110092.
2. Absence d’avis médical
Massvaa Care est un organisateur de séjours médicaux, et non un prestataire de soins. Nous ne donnons ni avis médical, ni diagnostic, ni traitement. Tous les plans de traitement, avis médicaux et estimations de coûts sont fournis directement par nos hôpitaux partenaires et des médecins certifiés, sur la base des documents que vous transmettez. Nous vous recommandons vivement de consulter votre médecin avant de partir vous faire soigner à l’étranger.
3. Consentement au partage des données et confidentialité des patients
By submitting your medical reports, test results and personal information through our website forms, by email or on WhatsApp, you consent to Massvaa Care sharing these documents with the partner hospitals and specialists you ask us to approach, for the sole purpose of obtaining a medical opinion and a cost estimate. We handle your data as described in our Data & Medical Records Privacy policy, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Estimations de coûts et paiements
The cost estimates we pass on are prepared by the hospital after an initial review of your medical reports. The final cost may change after the doctor examines you on arrival. Payments for medical treatment are always made directly to the hospital; Massvaa Care never collects them.
L’estimateur de coûts en ligne affiche uniquement des fourchettes indicatives, pour vous aider à établir un budget. Il ne s’agit ni d’un devis ni d’une offre ; le coût de votre traitement est fixé par l’hôpital dans une estimation écrite après examen de vos comptes rendus.
5. Our Service Fee
Massvaa Care charges a service fee for its coordination. Before you proceed, we tell you in writing what the fee covers, how much it is, when it is due and what happens if you cancel. We issue a GST invoice for it. The fee is separate from the hospital’s bill and is never added to it.
6. Travel and Visa Logistics
Nous vous aidons pour la lettre d’invitation nécessaire au visa médical et pour l’organisation du voyage, mais la délivrance des visas relève de la seule appréciation des ambassades et consulats concernés. Massvaa Care ne saurait être tenu responsable d’un refus de visa ou de retards de voyage.
7. Hospitals and Other Providers
Hospitals, doctors, airlines, guest houses, visa authorities and air-ambulance operators are independent of Massvaa Care. Their services, prices and terms are their own, and they are responsible for them. If something goes wrong with one of them, we will help you raise it with them.
8. Limitation of Liability
Massvaa Care is responsible for the coordination services it provides. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about those services is limited to the service fee you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, tell your coordinator first, then follow the steps in our Complications & Escalation policy. You can also write to info@massvaacare.com with the subject “Complaint”.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Modifications
Massvaa Care may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you proceed with our service applies to it.
