Our Role as a Facilitator
Massvaa Care is a dedicated medical travel facilitator based in Delhi, India. Our role is to assist international patients in finding certified treatment options, comparing hospital quotes, and coordinating travel logistics. We are not a medical provider and do not employ clinical staff.
What we do
- Find certified treatment options at partner hospitals

- Compare written hospital quotes side by side
- Coordinate visa letters, airport pickup and accommodation
- Arrange language interpretation
What we don’t do
- Give medical advice or a diagnosis
- Make clinical decisions for you

How the Journey Works Step-by-Step
Report Submission
You securely upload your medical reports via our website forms or email.
Hospital Coordination
We share your records with specialists at our partner hospitals to obtain treatment recommendations.
Cost Estimates
The hospital sends an itemised written estimate on its letterhead, usually within 48 hours of accepting your case.
Travel Planning
We request the hospital’s visa invitation letter and help with guest house bookings and flight options.
On-Ground Care
A coordinator assists you upon arrival in Delhi with transfers, SIM cards, and hospital admissions.
Billing & Treatment
You pay the hospital directly. There are no markup fees added by Massvaa Care.
Fit-to-Fly & Return
We coordinate return travel permissions and follow-up consultation scheduling.
Our Service Fee
Our coordination fee depends on the support your case needs. We confirm the fee and included services in writing before you commit. Hospital treatment and travel costs are separate.
Massvaa Care charges a service fee for coordination. It covers arranging medical report evaluations with hospital specialists, airport pickup coordination, accommodation recommendations and language interpretation. Your coordinator explains the fee before you proceed.

Some partner hospitals pay Massvaa Care an administration fee for coordinating their international patients: document handling, translation and on-ground logistics. Your coordinator will tell you whether the hospital you choose pays us.
Important
Any fee a hospital pays us is not added to your bill. The price in your written estimate is set by the hospital, and Massvaa Care adds no markup to it.
Billing Auditing Support
Before discharge, our team assists you in reviewing your hospital bill to ensure all charges align with the pre-travel estimate and that any unused deposit balances are properly returned or refunded by the hospital administration.
