Massvaa Care is a dedicated medical travel facilitator based in Delhi, India. Our role is to assist international patients in finding certified treatment options, comparing hospital quotes, and coordinating travel logistics. We are not a medical provider and do not employ clinical staff.
We do not charge patients any coordination, facilitation, or booking fees. Our services—including arranging medical report evaluations with hospital specialists, providing local airport pickup coordination, recommending accommodation options, and facilitating language interpretation—are completely free of charge to you.
Massvaa Care is compensated directly by our partner hospitals in India. We receive administrative, marketing, and patient coordination facilitation fees from the hospitals for assisting them in managing international patient administration, document translations, and on-ground logistics.
Important: Our compensation model does not increase your hospital bill. The prices, surgical packages, and treatment quotes you receive are identical to the official rates provided by the hospitals to patients who contact them directly.
Before discharge, our team assists you in reviewing your hospital bill to ensure all charges align with the pre-travel estimate and that any unused deposit balances are properly returned or refunded by the hospital administration.
