We do not select treatments, recommend clinical plans, or make medical decisions for patients. All clinical evaluations, treatment regimens, and surgical recommendations are made solely by the treating specialists at our accredited partner hospitals.
Our coordination services do not replace the relationship between you and your local treating physician or the specialists in India. We strongly recommend that you consult with your local doctor before making travel arrangements for medical treatment abroad.
Massvaa Care does not set, control, or markup the cost of medical procedures. All treatment quotes and final billing ranges are established directly by the partner hospitals. Your payment goes directly to the hospital's official account or billing desk.
Medical procedures carry inherent risks. Massvaa Care facilitates access to accredited medical infrastructure, but we do not guarantee clinical success, recovery timelines, or medical outcomes.
We do not evaluate, process, or verify health insurance policies. While we coordinate with the hospital admission desk to help you identify if they accept your international insurer, final claims processing and approval are strictly between you, the hospital, and your insurance provider.
We do not charge patients any placement fees, booking markups, or facilitation commission. Our services are fully funded through administrative and facilitation service agreements paid directly by our partner hospitals.
