Our Medical Liaisons coordinate directly with partner hospitals to share your diagnostic reports securely. They obtain clinical opinions and cost estimates on hospital letterhead from treating specialists and help you compare your treatment options.
On-Ground Coordination Desk
Based in Delhi, our on-ground team handles airport transfers, assists with local SIM cards, provides currency exchange recommendations, and coordinates hospital admissions. They ensure you and your attendants are supported from arrival to departure.
Multilingual Interpreters
To assist patients from Central Asia and Africa, we coordinate translation support. We partner with professional interpreters fluent in Russian, French, and Arabic to translate medical charts, doctor consultations, and administrative paperwork.
Visa & Attendant Logistics Team
Our visa coordinators assist in obtaining official Visa Invitation Letters from partner hospitals and guide you through the e-Visa or embassy application procedures. They also maintain list of verified local guest houses near hospital sites.
