Our Evacuation Coordination Services
In critical care transfer scenarios, we assist with:
- ICU Bed Reservation: Coordinating with partner hospital emergency teams (such as Max, Fortis, or Apollo) to secure a dedicated ICU bed before the flight departs.
- Visa Invitation Letters (Urgent VIL): Working with hospital administrations to issue urgent Visa Invitation Letters on an expedited basis to facilitate medical visa processing at local Indian Missions.
- Ground Ambulance Coordination: Arranging specialized advanced life support (ALS) ground ambulances equipped with ventilators and medical teams to pick up the patient directly from the airport tarmac in Delhi.
Important Disclaimers regarding Emergencies
To ensure clear boundaries and patient safety:
- No Clinical Equipment Ownership: Massvaa Care does not own, lease, or operate air ambulances, clinical ventilators, or medical flight machinery. Evacuation flights are chartered directly from certified air charter providers.
- Medical Flight Crew: The clinical flight crew (doctors, flight nurses) are employed by the respective air ambulance operator or treating hospital, not by Massvaa Care.
- Payment Protocols: Evacuation fees must be paid in advance directly to the chartered air ambulance operator's bank account.
