تنسيق الرعاية الطارئة
For critically ill patients who need to be moved to India for treatment, Massvaa Care coordinates between licensed air-ambulance operators and the receiving partner hospital’s emergency team, so that the transfer and ICU admission can be planned together.
ICU bed request
We ask the receiving hospital’s emergency team (for example at Max, Fortis or Apollo) to confirm an ICU bed before the flight departs. The hospital confirms availability, not us.
Urgent visa invitation letter
We ask the hospital to issue its visa invitation letter urgently so that the medical visa can be applied for without delay.
Ground ambulance on arrival
We arrange an advanced life support (ALS) ambulance to meet the flight at Delhi airport, subject to the airport’s rules, and take the patient to the hospital.

Send the patient’s latest clinical summary and test results by WhatsApp or to reports@massvaacare.com.
We check with the hospital’s emergency consultants whether it can accept the patient, then request the ICU bed and the visa invitation letter.

No clinical equipment ownership
لا تملك ماسفا كير طائرات إسعاف أو أجهزة تنفس أو معدات طيران طبي ولا تستأجرها ولا تشغّلها. وتُستأجر رحلات الإخلاء مباشرة من شركات طيران عارض معتمدة.
Medical flight crew
الطاقم الطبي على متن الرحلة (الأطباء وممرضو الطيران) يعملون لدى مشغّل الإسعاف الجوي أو المستشفى المعالج، لا لدى ماسفا كير.
Payment
تُسدَّد رسوم الإخلاء مقدمًا ومباشرة إلى الحساب البنكي لمشغّل الإسعاف الجوي المستأجر.
