Welcome to Massvaa Care. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and medical data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our website or services.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and medical reports you securely upload for consultation purposes. This data is essential for partner hospital specialists to evaluate your case and provide an accurate treatment plan and estimate. Massvaa Care is a non-clinical facilitator; we do not employ medical experts and do not review your reports ourselves — see our Scope of Services for what we do and do not do.
How We Use Your Information
We only use your information to facilitate medical consultations, assist with visa and travel planning, and communicate with you effectively. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Where Your Data Is Held
Our website, contact forms and email are hosted by Hostinger on servers in the European Union (Germany, with backups in France). Uploaded reports are stored outside the public website folder. If you message us on WhatsApp, those messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
Who We Share It With
Only the partner hospitals and specialists you ask us to approach, and service providers who help us deliver the coordination you requested (such as a guest house or an air-ambulance operator), and only what each needs. We do not share your data for marketing.
How Long We Keep It
Uploaded reports are deleted automatically 12 months after you send them, or within 30 days if you ask us to delete them sooner. Our full records policy is on the Data & Medical Records Privacy page.

Cookies & Website Analytics
This site currently loads no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, so no such cookies are placed on your device and no browsing identifier is stored. If we introduce analytics such as Google Analytics in future, it will remain off by default: a consent banner will ask first, and it will only run after you actively accept it. Nothing you upload — reports, scans or clinical details — is ever sent to Google or any other analytics provider.
Web fonts on this site are served from our own server, so your browser makes no requests to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.
Data Security
Your medical reports and personal details are handled with strict confidentiality. They are shared only with the specific healthcare providers directly involved in your potential care.
