An honest approach
We do not promise results in kilograms. What a good centre offers is a supervised setting in which to change routine: food prepared for you, daily movement, therapies such as Udvartana (a brisk massage with herbal powders), enough sleep, and advice to continue at home.
These stays draw on naturopathy, yoga and Ayurveda. If you are considering bariatric surgery, that is a medical decision; Massvaa Care Medical can arrange a consultation with a bariatric surgeon at a partner hospital.
What it can include
A consultation with a naturopath or Ayurvedic physician, and measurements if you wish.
Balanced vegetarian meals at regular times; some centres include supervised juice or soup days.
Daily yoga, walks and, where offered, swimming or gym sessions.

Meal patterns and a daily routine you can realistically keep.

Questions guests ask
How much weight will I lose?
We do not make promises about weight. The aim is a supervised start and a routine you can keep. Results vary from person to person.
Is it safe with diabetes?
Only with your doctor’s agreement, and only at a centre that will monitor you. Tell the naturopath about every medicine you take.
