Rituals, not promises
Ayurveda has a long tradition of personal care: face massage with herbal oils, pastes made from flours, turmeric and herbs, and hair oiling that many Indian families still practise every week. A beauty-focused stay brings these together with rest, sleep and food — which Ayurveda sees as the foundation.
We describe what happens in each ritual. We do not promise cosmetic results, and dermatological concerns belong with a dermatologist.
Rituals you may meet

Herbal pastes — often gram flour, turmeric and herbs — applied to the skin and rinsed off.

Questions guests ask
Are the products natural?
Centres prepare or buy traditional oils and pastes. Ask for the ingredients if you have allergies; we can request them in advance.
Can I buy the oils to take home?
Often, yes. Buy sealed, labelled products from licensed manufacturers and check your country’s import rules.
