Check the visa route for your passport nationality, not only your country of departure. If e-Visa is unavailable, follow the regular visa process through your Indian mission.

From reports to visa, step by step

  1. Send your reports

We share them with partner hospital specialists, with your consent.

  2. Receive written estimates

Hospitals usually reply within 48 hours of accepting your case.

  3. Invitation letter

Once you confirm your plan, we request the hospital’s visa invitation letter. It usually arrives within 1–2 working days.

  4. Check your visa route and apply

Use the official application route for your passport nationality. Check the current requirements before booking travel.

  5. e-Arrival card

Since the e-Arrival Card was introduced, every foreign national must also file it online within 72 hours before landing. It is an arrival declaration, not a visa, and it is free.

Paying for treatment

Pay the hospital directly

By international (SWIFT) bank transfer or card. Wire transfers take 3 to 5 business days to clear, so send deposits 7 to 10 days before you travel.

Cash for daily costs

Czech koruna (CZK) cannot be spent in India. Carry clean, recent US dollar notes to change into rupees at authorised counters; older or torn notes are often refused.

Travelling with family

Up to two blood relatives may travel on e-Medical Attendant Visas, applied for separately and referencing the patient file.
