    Do I need medical reports to get in touch?

    No. You can ask a question first. For a written estimate, the hospital needs recent reports, which you can send now or later on WhatsApp.

    Can a family member contact you for the patient?

    Yes. Choose “A family member” in step 2 and give the patient’s age and condition. We keep both of you informed if you wish.

    How quickly will you reply?

    A coordinator replies within 1 business day. Written hospital estimates usually follow within 48 hours of a hospital accepting your case.
